Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Malaysia via UPS tracked service.

Delivery is free of charge for customers who are staying within Malaysia. RM50 (delivery charge) is an additional fee for international customers and auto-calculated when making payment.

Return & Exchange Policy
You can exchange a product within 30 days (including delivery processing time) for online purchase if you are not satisfied with it.
Return and refund is not provided, unless the product is damaged and not caused by human factors.
